1.Log into KDE
2.Crash is reported shortly after the desktop becomes visible

There's no debuginfo in the crash so its of no use. Please ensure that abrt downloads all the debuginfo before submitting

Apologies but I'm suffering (as far as I can tell) from this:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=623434

and so no debug is installed (despite me attempting to allow abrt to download the debug info).

As the crash is repeatable, I could install the requisite debug packages manually and in advance if you wished? 

Which debug packages would need to be installed as a minimum?
