Description of problem:
If there is only a single item displayed.  Clicking on the header row checkbox does not select the data row.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a single system in https://127.0.0.1/rhn/systems/SystemList.do
2. Click manage button
3. Navigate to https://127.0.0.1/network/systems/ssm/system_list.pxt
4. Click on checkbox in header 
  
Actual results:
data row is not selected

Expected results:
Data row should be selected

I no longer see the problem.

Mass-aligning under space12, so that we don't lose track of this bugzilla. This however does not mean that we plan (will be able to) address this bug in Spacewalk 1.2.

We did not have time for this one during Spacewalk 1.4 time frame. Mass moving to Spacewalk 1.5.
