This feature requests to make firstboot (post installer dialog existing in other platforms)
available on System z.  Note, we do not request for first boot run with a 3270 terminal but it
should be runnable both out of a standard terminal (e.g. vt220 or xterm) and once a graphical
interface is available via X11 and vnc.  Related bugzillas are BZ36226 - RIT126279 and RH BZ 217921.
