This feature should enhance the installer to make sure the tuned package is ALWAYS installed per
default in System z installations. This is the installer part. There are two other features: profile
(provide ktune profile optimized for System z) and initscript (activate service per default with
System z profile) which will be tracked on separate requests.

3. Business Case
With this feature customers will get per default an optimized performance settings for standard
Linux on System z workloads right after installation, improving usage, efficiency of their Linux on
System z system.
IBM will get better customer satisfaction and les costs in service/performance consultancy.
The distributor will also get better customer satisfaction and less maintenance cost compared to
change it per arch. in build time.

All you want is to make sure a package is installed?  Then that package should be marked as mandatory in the comps file and it will be guaranteed to be installed on every system.

Please mark tuned as mandatory in the comps file for System z.

This will be fixed much simpler via a change in the sysctl.conf file for s390x in initscripts instead, so we won't need this change for 6.1.
