A patch to fix Kannada (kn) translation issue for pidgin
Applying this patch should fix Kannada (kn) translations issue of pidgin. Please apply this patch in your next build and help me get this bug fixed.

We have since rebased Pidgin to 2.7.9 and the patch in comment #6 no longer applies. However I see that the upstream ticket is marked "closed: fixed" with a milestone of 2.7.4, so I assume this fix is already included in the rebased version. Therefore I'm marking this MODIFIED for QA to verify. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For more information on therefore solution and/or where to find the updated files, please follow the link below.
