Description of problem:
If the user that has no permissions (calling: normal user) but is given a manage option for some custom channel (from: https://<fqsn>/rhn/users/ChannelManagementPerms.do?uid=<uid>) tries to visit the page: Channels->Manage Software Channels->(that_channel)->Errata (link looks like: https://<fqsn>/rhn/channels/manage/errata/Errata.do?cid=<channelID>) there is displaying "Permission Error" page with big red banner above all with a text "Date" ... (screenshot is attached).

the big red banner with non-informative text "Date"

Expected results:
the banner should be removed (adjusted with sat530 behavior)

fixed in spacewalk master:  4e5d35229f1c064ec80d22a47083c00f6bbfeee6
satellite master: 7d672861bdd398771a43c25080411ce736156fe5


Since the user should be allowed, the permission error is no more, and the user can access these pages.

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
