I'm not sure if FE-NEEDSPONSOR is the correct thing to do.

This is my first attempt to make an rpm, after following a session at FrOSCamp, by Tom 'spot' Callaway.

It includes 2 files (a shell script+config file), so I just want to push qtop utility in EPEL repo so that other sysadmins can easily install it. Any feedback on how to improve this rpm-build business very welcome!

Fotis
