Description of problem:
no sound in tuxmath

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install tuxmath
2. start tuxmath 
3. no sound is present

Additional info: the problem seem related to the missing presence of libmikmod, which is not installed as dependecy of tuxmath. installing libmikmod fixes the problem.

This was an SDL_mixer bug, since resolved.
