Description mitr 1998-12-28 20:02:40 UTC
Well, I have to confess that I don't understand the intent
of the author of /usr/bin/play. I don't know whose error it
is. But I had to change it to be able to play files using
        play foo.au

I'm not sure whether this is OK (for example it seems that
the effects should be preceded by -e), but at least the
simple case works.

I was not able to replicate any difficulty with the play command on a
test machine.
