Description of problem:
notification of probe doesn't work

Satellite-5.4.0-RHEL5-re20100910.2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create probe and:
2. check Probe Notifications
3. add notification method: some of your user's mail, for ex root@localhost
4. try to change state of probes, critical/normal
  
Actual results:
no mail is delivered
