Description of problem:
during removing packages from channel, gettting exception:
redstone.xmlrpc.XmlRpcFault: unhandled internal exception: ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXXX.RHN_PFDQUEUE_PATH_UQ) violated.

satellite 5.4.0 + remote oracle 11g

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install satellite against remote 11g oracle
2. run test /CoreOS/RHN-Satellite/Inter-Satellite-Sync/Sanity/general
3. check catalina.out
  
Actual results:
com.redhat.rhn.common.db.ConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (XXXX.RHN_PFDQUEUE_PATH_UQ) violated

Expected results:
no unique constraint violation messages

also with oracle 10g

I'm not certain this is a true blocker. If we cannot easily replicate the bug and confirm regression compared to 5.3, we will punt it off tomorrow.

Here's the fix:

spacewalk master: c56940f907dfde312181da56d0345d641a3ce06d
satellite master: 5edd9106a07bf5fbc1d30597f777c969d19c0078


Test seems to run fine now with this change.

verified on all platforms with embedded/remote db with latest satellite-5.4 iso

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
