Description of problem:
In the Subscription Management -> Software Channel Entitlement page, the systems subscribed numbers are not org aware so show the wrong value...

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register systems in 2 orgs.
2. Subscription Management -> Software Channel Entitlements
3. Look at the Subscribed Systems value for Linux Core Server as users of either orgs.
  
Actual results:
The number of systems show the value for systems across ALL orgs.

Expected results:
The number of systems show the value for systems in that specific org.

2.) click overview->subscription management
3.) click overview->subscription management->software channel entitlements
4.) check values from 'Red Hat Enterprise Linux (core server)' line

Org 1: Management:	12 systems entitled, 5540 available entitlements (5552 total)
Org 2:  Management:	1 system entitled, 99 available entitlements (100 total)
...

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
