This is most likely not a lilo issue but an e820 BIOS issue. Reassigning to the kernel (and to arjanv who knows more about the e820 issues than I do). Also this may be related to the memory problem in the kernel. We have a program that is crashing and when it crashes it puts a message in the /var/log/messages file. The message is "Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 0a0a0924" Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem persists. The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/ |
