This looks good to me.

* I think I forgot to answer before, but you were asking if we should explain the meaning of rx/tx - I don't think so, sysadmins will know what that means

* Regarding expansion on the meaning of those ethtool parameters, I think it would be sufficient to simply point readers to the ethool man page for a comprehensive description - no point in duplicating text.
