Description of problem:
pdfjam in fedora is very old, a number of new releases are available which include new features and bug fixes. Current release is 2.06 (2010-05-11).

Built for Rawhide, F-14, F-13. Updates will be posted soon; and this should probably be built on EPEL as well.

To rel-eng folks: there does not seem to be an initial review for this so I'm filing the CVS request here.
