Description of problem:

Linux used memory includes memory used for cache and Linux free memory does not include memory used for cache. The platform plugin does not appear to collect data from the getActualUsed() or getActualFree() methods of Sigar.

closed due to inactivity, perhaps updated Sigar versions have changed the behavior.
