Consumer bind now requires consumer ID rather than fetching the ID from the certificate. 


[root@pulp-latest ~]# pulp-client -u admin -p admin consumer bind --repoid f13test
Usage: ... bind <options>

pulp-client: error: option --id is required; please see --help

This looks like a regression from the recent cli changes.

Fixed in the 0.73 release.
