Firefox 3.6.10 (the current version).

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 14 Beta x86_64 + the latest updates.
2. Open Firefox and go to page which has animated icon(s), like 
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=252550 (Hlingler's Avatar icon).
  
Actual results:

No animation, icons blinking/flashing.

Expected results:

The animation should work right.

Additional info:

If you download and install the Firefox from Mozilla, then you don't have this problem.
