When passing in a directory of rpm file(s) for upload, pulp returns an error message of "need to provide at least one file to perform upload"

[root@pulp-latest /]# pulp-admin -u admin -p admin repo upload --id=f13test --dir=/tmp
Stderr: need to provide at least one file to perform upload

[root@pulp-latest /]# ls /tmp/*.rpm
/tmp/patb-0.1-1.x86_64.rpm
