Description of problem:
when satellite is activated with certificate which have missing some channels, which previously have been activated. those channels and corresponding entitlements remains.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. activate satelite with multichannel-many-entitlements certificate
2. check numbers on webui
3. re-activate with less-channel certificate
4. check some channels, which are not covered by certificate from step 3) but are in certificate from step 1)
5. channels are still present on list with old amount
  
Actual results:
channel with old ent. value

Expected results:
channel not listed or value is zero

verified with iso Satellite-5.4.0-RHEL5-re20101013.0

The 5.4.0 RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy release has occurred. This issue has been resolved with this release.
