Description of problem:

Trying to start kickstart don't work. The X server is running! Of course:

~ (habicht@fedora) 82 $ system-config-kickstart 
Could not open display because no X server is running.
Try running 'system-config-kickstart --help' for a list of options.

How reproducible:

Every time.

All patches are up to date.

There are a couple possible bugs here, all of which I fixed on master.  However, there wasn't time for F14.  I'll be putting out an update after the release to fix it up.
