Description of problem:

Prior to fedora 14, %end was optional as an end to %package, %pre, and %post.  As of fedora 14 it is not.

I believe this bugzilla is the same as bug 639999 which also seems to have fix already there. Closing as dupe. Please reopen if you disagree.
