Description of problem:

Please remove setuid setup of files in your package with file capabilities.

This is to satisfy the F15 feature.

usernetctl is basically a pared down version of sudo that invokes ifup as root.

It is not entirely obvious how to enumerate all things that ifup might do to make this practical.

If that is the case close the bug.  I would like to get justifications on what is ok then update the white list for rpmlint.
