EPEL requires an update as well (to 1.8.14) and Fedora should be bumped to 1.9.10 which corrects these flaws.

Removing the phpCAS flaws because moodle as of 1.9.9-2 uses the system phpCAS, however the YUI flaw is still pertinent (but only, it seems, for 1.9.x so EPEL is ok).
