Description of problem:
Problem: The format of the file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/symbols/pl is wrong.
Result: X Polish keyboard layout does not work.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set X default keyboard layout to pl
2.Set LANG to pl_PL
3.Start KDE
4.Set KDE default keyboard layout do pl
5.Run an application (e.g. kedit) and try to write Polich characters (i.e.
AltGr+a(c,e,l,n,o,s,x,z))

Actual Results:  us keyboard layout is being used (i.e. AltGr+a, AltGr+e etc.
produce control characters that are not displayed)

Expected Results:  pl keyboard layout is being used (i.e. Polish characters are
being displayed while pressing AltGr+a(e,o,s,c,z,x,l,n))

Additional info:

At startup the X server displays an error message concerning the keyboard layout
configuration file
