This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated in the current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to address this request at this time. Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to propose this request, if appropriate and relevant, in the next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This request was erroneously denied for the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The error has been fixed and this request has been re-proposed for the current release. Tested this bug on latest build kvm-83-224.el5,it does not exist any more, f13 installed on f13 host can be run on rhel5.6 without any error. michen-->Juan Based on comment#5, can you give us any suggestion on how to reproduce this? thanks. (In reply to comment #6) > michen-->Juan > Based on comment#5, can you give us any suggestion on how to reproduce this? > thanks. Parameter ept=0 should be passed when loading kvm_intel.ko module. Actually this should be fixed already by commit 62501ff6ab1a58aa1d on kvm-rhel5.git. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 574621 *** |
