Description of Problem: 
Current documentation directs user to wrong location for the KDE launcher: 
* On the KDE desktop, go to the Main Menu Button (on the Panel) => Red Hat => 
System => Date/Time Properties. 
 
Should read: 
* On the KDE desktop, go to the Main Munu Button (on the Panel) => System => 
Date/Time Properties. 
 
There is no "Red Hat" option on the KDE main menu.

I just pushed through a new build of dateconfig.  It should appear in Rawhide soon.
