Description of problem:
I've found that taskomatic generates repodata for a rhel4 channel in the /var/log/rhn/rhn_taskomatic_daemon.log.

1. check taskomatic log on sputnik-prod

Expected results:
There's a RHEL5_REGEXP defined in backend/server/importlib/channelImport.py, that shall allow creating repodata only for rhel5 channels.
Not for rhel4 channels.

Well, if channels have checksum_type set then repo is created. And during upgrade checksum_type is set for all existing channels. (Which is the case there.)
