What OS and version is this?

Please attach your /var/log/rhn/osa-dispatcher.log.

Is this with SELinux in enforcing mode. What does

  grep AVC /var/log/audit/audit.log

show?

This is a bit strange -- we've never had Spacewalk 1.1 on Fedora 11:

Comment 6 jstroehmann 2010-11-24 15:04:53 UTC
apologies, i looked at the RPM versions and it appears we are at 1.0. it would appear someone attempted to upgrade unsuccessfully at some point. sorry for the misinformation.

Can you please confirm the version of jabberd on your Spacewalk and if it's been updated to 2.2.11, update spacewalk-setup-jabberd and follow

https://www.redhat.com/archives/spacewalk-list/2010-November/msg00181.html

?

This is the versions of jabber rpms i am currently at.

[root@itsw201 ~]# rpm -qa|grep -i jabb
spacewalk-setup-jabberd-1.0.1-1.fc11.noarch
jabberpy-0.5-0.19.fc11.noarch
jabberd-2.2.8-2.fc11.x86_64

There is no jabberd update in my repository.

The current Spacewalk release is 1.2, available on Fedora 12 -- 14. You might want to upgrade to that version, as Fedora 11 is EOL now, and there were multiple fixes going to 1.2.
