100% reproducible after applying the patch mentioned in bug 641743 comment 12[1]
This is a known issue (with sqlalchemy?) and has been resolved upstream.[2]

This issue is resolved in gourmet-0.15.6-4

Closing as CURRENTRELEASE as this bug never appeared in any version of gourmet in fedora.
