Is there any possibility of reverting back to using Bluecurve as the default cursor theme? The new default of 'dmz-aa' is nowhere near as professional or elegant looking as Bluecurve. The default theme is very important, and in all other ways I think Fedora has it perfect. Up until F13 I never bothered changed anything except maybe the desktop image now and then.

The main culprit is the busy icon. It's just a nasty spotty grey ball, and lacks any obvious hot-spot so it's difficult to tell where you're clicking. The hand icon isn't that great either - it seems too flat and has very harsh corners. The Bluecurve version is more natural.

Is there any reason to keep dmz-aa over Bluecurve?

We are using a derivative of dmz-aa now that has some tweaks, but I fear they don't address your issues. Anyway, reverting to Bluecurve is probably not going to happen.
