Description of problem:

nss build fails with test of PayPalEE because PayPalEE certificate expired on Oct 31, 2010
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.12.8-1.el6_0

How reproducible:

Every time
Steps to Reproduce
1. As a non root user
2. rpmbuild --rebuild nss-3.12.8-1.el6_0.src.rpm
3.
  
Actual results:
Get 3 FAILED for PayPalEE certificate because it  expired on October 31, 2010

Expected results:
No FAILED

Additional info:

This bug was recently fixed for Fedora 12,13,14,15

This issue is still present with nss-3.12.8-3, although it seems to have updated the PayPallEE certificate.
