Description of problem:

* Currently the m17n ranks are defined in a compiled binary:

Instead, could the ranks be defined a text config file?

Well, though I see little benefit to end-users, this would be helpful for packagers :)  Actually I got at least 3 bugs to tweak default ranks, default preedit appearances, etc.

ibus-m17n-1.3.1-7.fc14 has been pushed to the Fedora 14 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
