Description of problem:

The bottom right portion of the scrollbar in gnome-terminal is a different color depending on whether or not tabs are open; if multiple tabs are open, it's white instead of gray.

It looks odd when it mismatches the grabby color.

This issue is moot in 3.4, since we've turned off resize grips.
