The media was mounted through the "Places" menu. The media is in fstab, as such: UUID=05fb8490-3ee7-4b13-8b1b-c24bce504828 /media/X0-640GB ext3 rw,nosuid, nodev, users 0 0 The mountpoint was created as root via "mkdir /media/X0-640GB" The media was successfully mounted despite the SELinux denial. Since it has dac_override it should probably have this also. You would think one implies the other. Fixed in selinux-policy-3.9.7-15.fc14 selinux-policy-3.9.7-16.fc14 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 14. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/selinux-policy-3.9.7-16.fc14 selinux-policy-3.9.7-16.fc14 has been pushed to the Fedora 14 testing repository.
