Description mail.pedro.nunes 2010-12-06 18:11:50 UTC
Summary:

SELinux is preventing /bin/dbus-daemon "read" access on localtime.

Detailed Description:

SELinux denied access requested by dbus-daemon. It is not expected that this
access is required by dbus-daemon and this access may signal an intrusion
attempt. It is also possible that the specific version or configuration of the
application is causing it to require additional access.

Allowing Access:

You can generate a local policy module to allow this access - see FAQ
(http://docs.fedoraproject.org/selinux-faq-fc5/#id2961385) Please file a bug
report.

Comment 1 Miroslav Grepl 2010-12-06 18:21:47 UTC
"localtime" is mislabeled. Execute

restorecon -R -v /etc/localtime

I am trying to find out where the problem is.

Comment 2 Miroslav Grepl 2010-12-09 18:17:04 UTC
Could you try to execute

# grep -r localtime /etc/init.d/

Comment 3 Daniel Walsh 2010-12-10 19:42:22 UTC
It could also be a dbus service.
