How to reproduce
-----
1. Open Nautilus (with default view being list view.)
2. Navigate to a directory with sub-directories.
3. Expand two or more directories in a tree view (click the arrow next to the dirctory.)
4. Ctrl-select multiple files in two or more of the expanded directories.
5. Right-click and select to compress the files.
6. Select a file name, a compression of .zip, and a location, and then click Create.

File Roller crashed at this point.
