lease change event patch
This patch is very simple and does not change any existing functionality, it only adds a small bit of *new* functionality. Upstream fix: 9b54cb1ec617ea8bff86d6d74c06cef5a51e26c9 (master) ca2dfc0ae7d1d935c6f378ae090d8681190b37a0 (0.8.x) Technical note added. If any revisions are required, please edit the "Technical Notes" field accordingly. All revisions will be proofread by the Engineering Content Services team. New Contents: DHCP lease change events now trigger dispatcher scripts at the /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d location. An advisory has been issued which should help the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
