Description of problem:

The package "python-vobject" includes the script /usr/bin/ics_diff, which imports pkg_resources, which is in the package "python-setuptools"

How reproducible:

Install a "minimal" Fedora.  Install python-vobject.  Run 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a "minimal" Fedora.
2. Install python-vobject.
3. Run /usr/bin/ics_diff
4. Enjoy error message
