I'm working on updating qmmp in EPEL, and I'd like to include cddb support. I've asked the package owner but he lacks time to deal with EPEL, therefore I'd like to co-maintain the package.

We cannot find the original review request, thus filing a new bug.

I'm afraid I don't understand; if he lacks the time to deal with EPEL, why are you making him the primary maintainer of the el6 branch?

I'd need to see an ack from Hans before setting that up.

That is a mistake I should be in the CC only.

I've tried to build the current version:

no problems on my system so far, let's move on to try to get qmmp built with cddb support
