Description of problem:
The customer has one large Resource Group and then subgroups of the same resources.  They would like the ability to be able to just add the subgroups to the Main group instead of each individual resource to both.  Then when a new resource is added to a subgroup it is automatically added to the main group because of the subgroup already belonging to the main group
