Seeing the following alerts from an Oracle instance being used as the backend of a two server node JON install:

"Oracle: ora-user: User JON (SID 442, Serial 46861, OS user os-user on host localhost, process JDBC Thin Clien) has blocked 3 users for at least 112 seconds by holding an Row-X TM lock on TABLE JON.RHQ_MEAS_DATA_NUM_R07 on db_host. MID1051"
