Fix built into libvirt-0.8.2-15.el5_6.1

The verification method could see comment13 on 659855
another way also from eric is 
1, in a terminal , stop the libvirt service , then run "ulimit -n 1000000"
2, start the libvirtd, # libvirtd
3, in another terminal , start a guest,  it will report
error: Failed to start domain rhel6.1
error: internal error Process exited while reading console log output: 

The bug has been verified on libvirt-0.8.2-15.el5_6.1.
