Description of problem:
It seems gnome-keyboard-properties won't let you remove the US keymap.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
control-center-2.32.0-1.fc14

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start gnome-keyboard-properties
2. On "Layouts" tab choose "USA" and then press "remove" and then "close"
3. Log out and then log back in
4. Note that the US keymap is still there if you start gnome-keyboard-properties and also in the keymap-switching applet in the panel
