Description of problem:
galeon 1.2.0-7 (from RH7.3) and galeon 1.2.0-11 (from rawhide) both require
mozilla=0.9.9. Any reason why they shouldn't be able to manage mozilla>=0.9.9? 

Currently, I cannot install galeon and mozilla-1.0 at the same time. Please fix.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla 1.0
2. Attempt to install galeon-1.2.0-7 from RH7.3. Notice that rpm complains that
galeon needs mozilla 0.9.9.
3. Grumble under breath and submit bug report.

Sorry, that particular version of galeon will work only with 0.9.9.  Upgrading
Mozilla underneath it will break it.
