Description of problem:
EPEL 6 has python-turbokid-1.0.5-3.el6 but RHEL 6 Optional only has python-turbokid-1.0.4-4.1.el6 - this is against

Could this be corrected so that the EPEL package won't update the RHEL package?

Thanks for reporting!  The package is now untagged and the el6 branch is retired in pkgdb.
