This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

100% on debug kernel, you have to stop interface (i.e. click "disconnect" on NetworkManager window). You can set this OtherQA, since I'm able to reproduce with minimal effort.

cannot see any error on -130 kernel when disconnecting fast speed download either via disconnect in nm-applet, ifconfig wlanX down or or modprobe -r ath9k
