Description Adam Williamson 2011-01-13 17:30:44 UTC
I can pair with a Bluetooth headset perfectly - the pairing works, it pops up as an audio device, I can do a Skype call using it, the whole shebang. But it only works on initial pairing. I can never reconnect to it again; I have to delete it and re-pair it every time I want to use it.

I notice when I go to the bluetooth applet, select the headset and hit 'connect', this happens in /var/log/messages:

Jan 13 17:26:38 vaioz bluetoothd[1339]: link_key_request (sba=50:63:13:BD:B9:42, dba=00:1C:EF:9A:F5:58)
Jan 13 17:26:38 vaioz kernel: [26659.803806] type=1400 audit(1294939598.077:4): avc: denied { write } for pid=1378 comm="krfcommd" scontext=system_u:system_r:kernel_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:object_r:unlabeled_t:s0 tclass=socket

which may be part of the problem, I think.

indeed, rebooting with selinux=0 it worked.

Miroslav lets add

kernel_rw_unlabeled_socket(kernel_t)

to F13, RHEL6 and F14 so we can stop users from hitting this bug.
