Description of problem:
pdftoppm missing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum whatprovides /usr/bin/pdftoppm
2. Should be provided by poppler-utils or xpdf
  
Actual results:
no pdftoppm available for rhel5 or epel5

Expected results:
pdftoppm available

Additional info:
It is non-trivial to enable pdftoppm in the version of poppler that comes with rhel5, at least, not by my quick glance. It is built with --disable-splash-output, as it is incompatible with fontconfig , resulting in a build lacking pdftoppm.

There are two solutions to this: Either patch up poppler to build pdftoppm even with --disable-splash-output, or just reenable it in xpdf.

The latter is trivial, see the attached specfile patch.

And by the way, the specfile could easily be merged with the one in rawhide, given a few macros.
