Description of problem:

We currently have a Show All link on every pagination page.  This can cause problems since we have *MANY* records now and limited memory.  

To prevent possible OOMkills we need to limit how much data can be served in one request.

Easiest way to do that is to simply remove the "Show All" links.  Also, need to verify that the code will enforce it if someone crafts their own show all link.
